As part of our work on Tinneas agus Folláine, (Sickness and Wellbeing) 1st year students participated in a HIIT session delivered entirely through Gaeilge. This active learning experience provided a welcome change from the classroom environment while supporting language acquisition in an engaging and meaningful context.
