Sustainability & Green Schools

St Bricin’s College is deeply committed to environmental leadership through the international Green Schools programme. Our student‑led Green Schools Committee works tirelessly to improve the school’s environmental impact and to embed sustainability into everyday school life.

We previously earned the Green Schools Flag in Litter & Waste and 2026 marked another exceptional achievement: St Bricin’s College was awarded the prestigious Green Schools Water Flag. This award represents two years of sustained effort, innovation, and whole‑school engagement. It is national recognition of the dedication, creativity, and determination shown by our students and staff.

We continue to build on this success by maintaining our previous flags and developing new sustainability projects that strengthen our environmental responsibility. The Green Schools programme empowers our students to make a real and lasting difference, and their achievements demonstrate what a small school can accomplish with ambition, teamwork, and heart.
